The Sacred Valley was a highly appreciated area by the Incas. The Sacred Valley was one of the main areas of food production, because the land is composed of many rivers that descend in the valley.
Itinerary
Early in the morning we start the excursion to the Urubamba Valley, the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will visit the picturesque Indian Pisac Market held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, the shopping paradise of the Andes. After that we will go to the Pisac ruines just above the little town, on the slope of the mountains.
